Accessibility
The Swiss Club theatre space is on the second floor. There are 6 stairs to reach the first-floor landing. From the first floor the venue can be accessed by a timber staircase of approx. 20+ stairs, with landings at several points.
There is a chair lift from the entrance level to the first-floor landing, and a passenger lift from the first-floor landing to the performance space. Please note the chair lift is unable to accommodate wheelchairs. Patrons arriving in a wheelchair will need to transfer to the chair lift, and then back to a wheelchair at the first floor landing. The door of the passenger lift is 840mm wide, and the space inside the lift is 1570mm long and 1220mm wide.
Speak to security or a member of staff if you require use of the lifts. Please note the venue is not considered step free or wheelchair accessible as a result of historic architecture.

Bathrooms
Bathrooms are available at the rear of the performance space and are only accessible once the house is open. There are no wheelchair accessible bathrooms.
Bar
The Edelwysss Bistro & Bar on the First Floor is open daily with a variety of food and beverage options including a full-service bar. A last chance bar will operate on the second floor at the rear of the venue and will close 5 mins before the performance commences.
