There are designated on-street Accessible Parking Bays available at the following locations:
- Little Collins Street between Swanston Street and Rusell Street (approx. 50m)
- Little Collins Street between Swanston Street and Elizabeth Street (approx. 100m)
- Russell Street between Little Collins Street and Collins Street (approx. 200m)

The best spot for drop off and pick-ups is on Little Collins Street directly outside the venue.
Accessibility
The Victoria Hotel has 3 venues across 2 floors, all of which are serviced by lift access;
- Banquet Room – Basement Level (lower level of basement)
- Acacia Room – Basement Level (upper level of basement)
- Board Room – Mezzanine Level
There is step-free access at the main entrance of the hotel into the hotel foyer. The Lifts are located on the right-hand side of the foyer space.
Please ask a Front of House staff member for assistance when you arrive.

Bathroom Detail
There are bathrooms available on the Basement level and on Level 1. Accessible bathrooms are available on the Basement level next to Acacia Room and on Level 1 next to the Boardroom.
There is a bar within The Victoria Hotel called Vic’s Bar. It is located up the main staircase in the centre of the foyer. This bar is not step-free/wheelchair accessible.
Adjacent to The Victoria Hotel is the bar/restaurant Mister Munro (approx. 40m) and patrons can take their drinks from this bar space into any of the performance spaces within The Victoria Hotel. This bar is step-free/wheelchair accessible via a ramp at the Little Collins Street entrance.
The Banquet Room is at Basement level.
Upon entering the foyer:
- Turn left & proceed to the top of the internal staircase (it is likely there will be queuing in place here). Please tell a member of staff if you require a seat whilst waiting.
- Take the stairs to the basement level (approx. 15 stairs).
- Turn right into the small lobby space.
- Take the 4 stairs down to the lower performance space.
For step-free/wheelchair access:
- Take the lift from the foyer to the basement level.
- Exit the lift into the lobby space and seek assistance from staff to access the banquet room lobby space (approx. 20m away but hidden by an operable wall).
- Step-free access into the performance space is provided via a MobiLift operated my Festival staff.
Please note: The MobiLift has an 890mm and 1400mm platform footprint and a carrying capacity of 272kg total, so patrons may need to transfer into a manual wheelchair to access the MobiLift. A manual wheelchair can be provided. The venue does not have a hoist.

The Acacia Room is at Basement level.
Upon entering the foyer:
- Turn right and follow the advice of staff on queuing. Please tell a member of staff if you require a seat whilst waiting.
- Follow the instruction of Festival Staff and take the stairs to the basement level (approx. 10 stairs).
- Turn left into the small lobby space.
- The venue is off this lobby space to the left.
For step-free/wheelchair access:
- Take the lift from the foyer to the basement level.
- Exit the lift into the lobby space.
- The venue is on the left.
Accessible seating is available on the left-hand side of the performance space, close to the entrance door.
A Festival Front of House staff member can provide assistance to your seat.
The Boardroom is on the Mezzanine level.
Upon entering the foyer:
- Move across the foyer and up the staircase directly in front of the entrance.
- Follow the staircase to the left.
- Turn left at the Mezzanine level and move along the lobby.
- The venue is off this lobby space to the right.
For step-free/wheelchair access:
- Take the lift from the foyer to the first floor
- Exit the lift into the lobby space.
- Turn left and the move across the lobby space towards the other side.
- The venue is in front of you as you make your way across the upper lobby.
Accessible seating is available on the right-hand side of the performance space, close to the entrance door.
